What is a typical cost per unit for manufacturing casual clothing?
It's difficult to give an approximate cost because it is entirely based on your requirements, the amount of clothes you wish to design, and the quantity of pieces you want to order. The quality of the fabrics, materials, trims & accessories and labor determine the price of a basic garment. There are lots of factors that go into pricing up clothing and garments - but you can expect anywhere from $3 (T-shirts) to $30 (jackets and dresses).
When you do business with us, you can track all of the expenses associated with the resources (direct material, labor and overhead costs) used to manufacture your finished product. We are ready to share the manufacturing cost table (will be provided upon request) with our clients.
What are your minimum and maximum order quantities?
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ranges from 100 to 150 pieces per color which can be only one design or style for Casual Wear (design dependent). Maximum orders can be as high as 50000 units per month (season dependent). Our clients ordering in large quantities should arrange their orders at least 6 months in advance to ensure delivery on time.
Do you produce men's clothing?
We are predominantly a menswear fabric supplier and manufacturer however can produce some women’s variations of casual garments like jeans, shirts and dresses. We don’t produce kid’s wear.
How much does it cost to manufacture a pair of jeans?
The price ranges from 12$ to 18$ for a great quality Classic Men's Regular 5 Pocket Jeans. The price varies depending on quality of fabric and manufacturing, sizes and models, accessories and quantities and so on.
